IDIADA of Barcelona, Spain, have served as Vorcat, Inc.’s distributor in the EU. Recently, Vorcat, Inc. and IDIADA have embarked on a joint effort to customize and extend our core technology to meet the needs of the automotive CFD market. IDIADA, a spinoff of the University of Barcelona, is a reputable and publicly traded automotive service company. Based on many years of experience in automotive CFD, IDIADA’s managers have elected to team up with Vorcat, Inc. to meet said objective. IDIADA is:
Funding a research effort to improve vehicle design utilizing flow phenomena surrounding the Cronuz, IDIADA’s electrical SUV concept car, and
Is employing Vorcat as a high-fidelity tool in the EU commission’s UPSCALE project aiming to improve CFD simulations through Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence paradigms.
HyperComp
Vorcat, Inc. has teamed up with HyperComp, Inc., a US company located in Thousand Oaks, CA, to develop a simplified gridding-technology App – called HD-Surf - customized to Vorcat that will be offered to CFD users who do not have access to gridding tools. The Cloud Apps will be developed and hosted on OnScale’s cloud and offered and sold in Vorcat, Inc.’s virtual store on a “pay-to-play” basis.
IngeniAI
Vorcat, Inc. and IngeniAI Ltd. have joined forces to develop VortIQ- an AI-assisted CFD platform based on Vorcat technology - targeting the Automotive sector (alongside IDIADA), eVTOL/VTOL/drone, and Wind Energy sectors.
We’re inviting strategic partners in eVTOL/VTOL/drone and Wind Energy to co-develop and validate VortIQ with real-world aerodynamic use cases.
Early partners will receive exclusive pre-release access, gaining a competitive edge through first-of-its-kind aerodynamic simulation technology.
